The most awful customer experience ever.
1. Insufficient details on their app and website
2. Do not answer phones
3. Do not answer emails
4. Do not even answer complaints - autoreply and thats it.
5. Do not even think about using this company!!!!
My complaint will now be passed to the Financial Ombudsman
