1st Delivery was lost.
Told them it was for a birthday, and they offered to upgrade delivery to a Saturday.
Never arrived Saturday.
Contacted them about it.
Generic email template apology and offered to collect the item, WHEN it was finally delivered.
Awful awful awful service.
