Absolute rubbish, order never turned up, Virgin Wines customer service promised to talk to DHL and guarantee next day delivery, still waiting and now Virgin CS offline.
Avoid this bunch at all costs.
Totally inept and a waste of time, guess that’s Virgin Group for you.
