I ordered a box of wine as a one off purchase as a birthday gift a few months ago. I’ve just looked at my bank account and they’ve taken £121 out without my knowledge, I never ordered any more wine as it was poor wine and poor value.
The money taken from my account was set aside for a mortgage payment which is now unpaid thanks to this lot.
Virgin Wines are really Direct Wines, I’m going to seek advice and maybe get it in the papers.
