Let’s see. You fall for the attractive time limited offer on the printed cards you receive with Amazon packages.
Seems a good deal, yes? Oh no. You’re part of the customer churn from the oh so clever CEO/CMO. You’re just a disposable asset now. Virginwines may get lucky and keep you as a subscribed wine club member.
So what’s wrong with that? Monthly payments, so if you forget or don’t order often they build up. No problem though you can get a refund if you can get passed the “give us another try” customer services. You also get bombarded with texts and emails, temping offers for over priced wine.
Worst of all? You’d be lucky to get your delivery. Delays, damages, lost boxes you name it. No problem, customer services can help. Nope, they haven’t a clue what’s going on. Support your local wine merchant, they’re knowledgeable and need the business.
