Poor Reliability and Customer Service
I have been a Virgin Wines customer for many years, but have noticed a rapid decline in their level of service to customers in recent months. As a Winebank member, I placed my latest order 8 days ago, but as at this morning, the order is still flagged as being "processed"....Efforts to obtain an update from Customer Services have thus far come to nought, but interestingly Virgin Wines are still accepting new orders, despite rendering the Company into the area of it incurring serious reputational damage to the Company's hitherto Brand name.....In essence, poor and very disappointing.....
