28th Sept ...I ordered the 12 bottle Blow Your Socks Off case from Virgin using a £50 voucher and paying £60, ordered for a house party. Order confirmed by VW
21st Oct ( 3 and half weeks later, party has been & gone!!) ...finally receive the box of wines to find there are only 9 bottles in the case
26th/ 27th Oct ...after several emails Customer Service agree to send out the 3 missing bottles but to expect up to 7 days for delivery!
My advice, stock up when the supermarkets offer 25% off 😉
