i like the service, it was good i am Nigerian national but had to do everything in south Africa, i was able to complete the whole process without any issues, my travel documents were approved, i only have 1 complaint, it would have been nice if i could have uploaded my picture instead of taking it physically with me. other than that very good service, very respectful people, willing to help
