This visa hq folks are impostor and fraudsters. We submitted a request for visa for me and my 4 children. We provided all required documents as instructed on their website. They took our money and never sent our documents to the Ghana embassy for our visa to be processed. After inquiring severally they told us that they need our permanent residency card which Ghana embassy told us that they do not require. We were supposed to travel on July 11th and we lost our tickets for over $10000 because 9f their incompetence. Now we are asking them to return our documents and they are unable to do so. They don't care about anyone so please beware. Not sure if they are who they claim they are. This has caused a lot of emotional pain and distress to our family. I will advise you to request your visa through the embassy directly instead of going through them. I will involve my attorney if needs to be. Most of the time you hear dogs barking or roosters on the background when talking to them. No customer service ethics whatsoever. PLEASE DON'T USE THEIR SERVICE
