Pathetic service. They charged me for a Visa that they could not process. The money was taken by them despite knowing that the Visa was not being issued by the high commission. They are reluctant to process the refund even after 20 days. I would not recommend your service to anyone. BTW I did get the Visa that you said was not being issued and I processed it on my own. So much for your expertise in assisting with Visas.
