I have been trying to get a reply since 13 July. I have resent the e-mail 3X.
Not a word!! No one answers the phone either.

I incorrectly started to apply for an Australian visa on your online service. I have not submitted any documents but I did make payment for 2 visas totaling R11030.00
I do not need this application and would like it cancelled.
