I have a hard time with computers and not very good with scanning and copying and pasting and such so it is a huge relief to have Visa HQ help me through the process. They were very thorough making sure that my approval would be good the first time around . And very patient with me and my struggles .
And their communication is second to none . I use them every time I travel and I will continue to do so.
