I needed to get visa for visiting Saudi Arabia as Team Chair for accrediting engineering programs in a university. The paperwork reached me late and so I was in a hurry to obtain the visa. VisaHQ was very helpful. The Website of VisaHQ posed a problem though. It is unstable and perhaps untested using customer feedback. So, I had to seek help from VisaHQ staff. I am grateful to the helpful, collaborative, understanding and most effective assistance received from Ms. Brigete Gravino. Had it not been for her help, I would not have been able to apply on time.
