The Ottawa office failed at every turn. from failing to provide the three processing service advertised, to providing updates to their own team members to pass on to me. it was not possible to receive up to information until threatened with litigation. A number of delivery timelines were promised, none fulfilled. This cost me a contract, plus thousands dollars in expenses. words such as " priority " " customer service " or the company core values advertised on recordings mean nothing. I will never do business with them again
