I am very pleased with VisaHQ’s handling of my passport renewal. I made a small error on the passport application and Haidee from VisaHQ called right away and assisted to get it fixed. HQ sent updates when documents were received by them, when the application was accepted for processing by the Department of State, when the passport was sent out, and when the passport arrived in my mailbox. Every step of the way Haidee was available by email and/or phone. I certainly will use VisaHQ again in 10 years, as I did 10 years ago.
