Do not trust this armature people. They lie a lot. They lost my travel document and sent an incomplete application to the embassy. I only found where my package was with the help of a guy in the embassy. Visahq didn't even provide me with the correct tracking number, and no proper guidelines. Work with them at your own risk. Apply directly to the embassy. I paid for courier service such as Fedex and they sent it with Canada post that causing delay
