All went well initially for my visa application for my visit to China. I had to tell my agent that if there was to be a delay as indeed there was, I should have been informed - basic customer service. On the day of collection I had been told by email that I could collect my passport on Wednesday from 9.30. I arrived at 10am and it was not there as it had not been collected from the embassy. I had to return 2 hours later wasting my time. My agent was full of apology.
