Useless, tried to use them to apply for a visa to Honduras and I knew more than they did. Was told to just wait for them to update their website - a month later and they've still not updated their website and my trip has since passed.
Used their online chat service too which took two hours to have a conversation that went round in circles and didn't help one bit.
They still have incorrect information on their website stating that UK residents don't need a visa to go to Honduras.
