I recently worked with Brigete Gravino for applying for a visa. She was very helpful and extremely responsive. Brigete provided me with step by step instructions, helped me with various questions I had, and helped with the application process and documentation requirements. I have never work with someone in this industry who has been this prompt in responses. I am extremely grateful for that. The only feedback I had was that the prices for the complete application wasn't clear at the beginning and some charges were added later on. Brigete did explain those charges, but I would have liked the charges to be listed beforehand, so that I can make better judgement from my side.
