I applied for a Morocco eVisa through Visa HQ thinking it would make things easier. Big mistake. My application was rejected and they told me I wouldn’t be getting a refund — but they also couldn’t tell me why it was rejected. That alone is suspicious.
I honestly believe they didn’t even submit it properly, if at all.
Out of frustration, I decided to apply through the Moroccan Embassy myself, and after sending just one extra document, I was granted the visa within a few hours. No issues, no middleman, and no unnecessary stress.
Visa HQ claims to simplify the process, but that’s a complete lie. It was slower, more expensive, and far more stressful than just doing it myself. They take no responsibility, and they’re quick to keep your money even when they fail to deliver.
I genuinely regret ever using them, and I hate leaving bad reviews — but if this helps someone else avoid the same experience, then it’s worth it. Go through the embassy directly. You’ll save time, money, and a whole lot of frustration.
