Subject: Extremely Poor Experience with VisaHQ – Urgent Concerns To Whom It May Concern, I am extremely disappointed with the experience I’ve had using VisaHQ. I have used your service successfully in the past, but this most recent attempt has been nothing short of a nightmare. Your website is confusing and lacks clear, consistent instructions. The application appears in incomplete sections, each time indicating it’s "finished," only for me to call and be told there's yet another step or section that needs to be completed—this has happened three times. While I have been able to reach someone by phone, it’s clear your team is not on the same page. No one seems to know what’s going on or how to guide customers through the process efficiently. To make matters worse, I have now been waiting over 24 hours for a simple signature form to be sent to me—still nothing. At this point, I am genuinely concerned that I may not get my passport back in time, or worse, not at all. After nearly 30 years of international travel and dealing with various visa services, this is, without question, one of the worst customer experiences I have encountered. Adding insult to injury, I was charged twice. While I did receive a refund, I was penalized $25 for your mistake. That is unacceptable and completely unprofessional. VisaHQ has lost my trust, and I will strongly reconsider using or recommending your service in the future unless these issues are addressed immediately. Sincerely, William Baker
