This is the best Visa service ever: interactive--with an actual representative responding to questions and providing clarifications (via phone and email); prompt confirmation of receipt of documents and immediate heads up given for missing or non-conforming items; and timely processing. When I say best ever, it is from a limited but personal disastrous experience. I applied for a visa to Brazil through an agency in California for the 2014 FIFA World Cup. They charged double to ensure the visa would be ready for an already scheduled flight. The Visa came 2 days after the scheduled flight, resulting in loss of non-redeemable flight ticket, hotel reservation, and stadium tickets.
