The services you provide are great. It's really helpful to have VisaHQ navigate the visa process for you.
Customer service needs to be improved, though. When I call, it's very unprofessional. It sounds like some random guy sitting on the couch. It makes me question whether it's a legitimate company when I'm talking to customer service. More training is definitely needed in that department.
