Let me explain, I am a 74 year old female who uses an iPad, quite well, I am planning an Around the World Birthday Trip for 75 with Airtreks, VisaHQ is their Go To for visas and I needed 2 for Vietnam and India for my husband and me. Nervous, anxious about the task, I needed help. The online reps were great, The uploads were unworkable, but Kateryna helped via email.
