I didn’t receive my passport because #VisaHQ sent it to an incomplete address and marked an incorrect mobile number on the #auspost envelope. I spent hours following up with auspost and correcting the address and number and requesting them to deliver it to the right address. It shows VisaHQ has no procedures in place to check its out-going mail, labelling of such important and critical documents.
I am not happy with the careless way they have managed something so important as someone’s passports and left it for me to manage this fiasco whereas it should have been them who should have done the follow up and kept me in the loop.
Such service is unacceptable and I won’t be recommending VisaHQ to anyone moving forward.
