Everything went as expected. Perhaps my only quibble would be with the 2-day FedEx outward to VisaHQ. I dropped it at my local FedEx office on Saturday 6th October but it didn't arrive until Wednesday the following week. Seems to have taken longer than expected. But I got my visa in time so no harm done.
