Trying to navigate through the on line application was challenging; it kept dropping out information that I had entered. I'm afraid in my experience it is not the most user friendly program that I have used. That being said, when I interacted with your staff, people instead of programs, everything was worked out smoothly and competently. It is great that I don't have to overnight my passport to you as I did a couple of years ago.
