I will use visa hq again if I require any visa services in the future. The process was simple, responses to all of my questions via email were prompt (within 1 hour or less) and the one time I needed to call in person the service was timely and helpful. Based on my experience with visa hq I would recommend them to anybody seeking visa services, particularly for those who would find visiting their nearest consulate/embassy to submit the application in person prohibitively expensive or too time consuming. I live in Boston and to submit my visa at the closest consulate in New York it would have been a real burden, so the $99 fee for visa hq services was money well spent, and I will use them again for that reason.
