Good service - only area to improve is that if packages are delivered before 9am they cannot be received. I paid additional amount for my passport to be delivered before 9am so that it could be submitted to consulate that morning. The post office delivered it at 8.16 and was unable to gain access to the building. You should either make it clear on your website that packages must not be delivered before 9am OR (preferably) have a staff member on hand from whenever the post office starts delivering to receive passports.
