My personal experience was great. The website was straight forward & when I had an inquiry, response time was great. Overall it was done timely. Even though my experience went well, the overall company and services caused me stress because of the issues my boyfriend had through the company. He paid for express processing and mine was done first due to errors. The online site advised him to send documents to Toronto even though he lives in Ottawa. When he called to confirm, VisaHQ advised again to send to Toronto. They could not process there due to jurisdiction and had to mail it back to Ottawa. There have been slight delays while in Ottawa as well. His experience has also affected mine, since we leave soon for our trip and have been unable to book tours etc, waiting for his visa to be confirmed and returned.
