I have used VisaHQ in the past and been extremely happy however this time I did not have the same experience. I had requested a multiple entry visa for China as I was meant to be travelling out of the country during my vacation for a tour. I was issued a single entry visa and so have lost a considerable amount of money on this. While I appreciate that this is up to the discretion of the embassy, I have since found out that other documents should have been provided in order to get a multiple entry which I was not asked for. When I explained this to Julie the response was ‘you can use this one and then apply for a new one’. That doesn’t really help in my current situation which I explained.
