My VisaHQ representative was great, she stayed in touch with me every step of the was. I had personal contact with her on every concern and question. She walked me through every step of the application process (which was overwhelming). She communicated with me using email and I had her direct phone number and when I called her she actually answered the phone, she was very polite, friendly, knowledgeable --- just great service. Could not have been issued a China Visa with her help.
