The online forms are very disorganised and some not clearly explained. I made three phone calls for clarification. The phone help was quick to answer and clarify but not all advice was accurate, we were told that days, months and years of passport stamps would be helpful but only the year is required on the form. The time from form submission to granting of visa was very quick.
