we originally spoke to Brian in Vancouver office and he gave us information regarding a cruise visa for Brazil , that the e-visa was only for flights into Brazil and we required the land visa. We then called again and we spoke to an agent in Toronto who said that the e-visa was acceptable for cruises and we re-confirmed that with Princess and we purchased the e-visa. If we had not talked to Toronto we would have paid over $300 more for two visas. Please let everyone know that this e-visa was enough . otherwise the service was quick , efficient and painless.
