Amy Pisto very understanding and helpful. Unable to book appointment online (as i have been told the server down for many days particularly close to Christmas). Google search shows working hours 8.30-3 pm in Melbourne, but they actually opened only at 9. I have been given the impression they are open till 4 pm but they actually close at 3. This is very crucial for many who may have to travel to the VFS office and take time off work but end in frustration as the time planning would fail
