Amazing service - I mailed my passport and visa application overnight. As soon as VisaHQ received it, they sent me an email to let me know. 30 minutes later I received another email saying that my paperwork looked good. About 30 minutes later I received another email to let me know that the application was submitted to the consulate. 3 days later, I received another email to let me know that the consulate had approved the visa. Another email to let me know that my passport was being mailed back to me. In other words, excellent communication! My passport was back exactly a week after I sent it out.
