I had tried to apply, and it's not my wheelhouse, and I must've messed up because my application was not accepted, and I was out of time to fix it so I thought I was going to have to cancel or make other arrangements. Fortunately I had also out of desperation submitted an application through you. I received a message telling me you needed a different picture of my passport, and one of your support staff explained exactly what was needed. When I'd updated it, she expedited it to a specialist and an hour or so later I was notified it had been submitted. When I received the notice that my Visa was approved, on a Saturday, I couldn't believe how you'd come through. It meant the world to my family too.
