Overall a good experience....I pad froze up twice during the document upload process....once I got to Chat, they told me I could upload straight in the Chat box...
Once all done, I did not a positive as in they got. Tried several times to chat afterwards, but no response. The next I finally got confirmation it was Ok and received.
If all would have worked with no glitches, the setup is a good way of getting VISA
