Unbelievably excellent and efficient service. I uploaded my packet, and was alerted within 5 minutes that the photo I included did not meet the specifications. I addressed the problem, uploaded the new photo and almost IMMEDIATELY received notification that the application was complete and submitted. Less than 24 hours later (!!!), I received an e-mail that contained an attachment with my approved e-visa for my trip to Brazil. I'm not easily impressed. This service blew me away!
