It's convienent that the embassy row is located in Washington D.C. and the process is quick. Some things that could be improved is that they could have more multi-national operaters who know other languages besides english. When I asked an operater that had a russian name if she spoke russian, she didn't answer and continued writing in english. Another thing is that it took all day to fill out the application, for example when I asked five questions I only got an answer back on one, and had to keep rewriting the questions over and over again.
