All in all, thank you very much for the processing of my husband's and my visas for our upcoming trip. Not great: Some instructions for the online form weren't as clear as they could have been. When I called for clarification, I would sometimes get a really knowledgeable representative; on one occasion, not so much. But still OK. I was unhappy, however (and I acknowledge this was probably an error on my part), that my online form disappeared after I had printed out the completed application and FedEx label. I received an email a few hours later asking me to complete my online form. When I called VisaHQ, I was told the form was no longer in the system (even though I was holding the printed application that had resulted from the form). Stuff happens; I have no idea what may have occurred to cause my form to disappear. I redid it and finally mailed in our two applications. Great: The best part of the process, by far, were the email notifications every step of the way once VisaHQ received our applications. And the very timely manner in which we received our visas. I may have struggled through your online process, but the ultimate outcome was great. Thank you.
