Very happy with communications and service. My head hurt just reading the requirements and process for my visa. I completed a simple online application, downloaded the completed VISA application, printed it out, and sent it along to VisaHQ. I was even able to print my FedEx shipping label and have that added to my charges. Could not be simpler. I was *very* apprehensive about shipping my passport but the agent on the phone explained the process and walked me through it. It was actually so easy compared to the "direct process" I figured it was too good to be true but the company really streamlined the process for me. I will also arrive in the foreign country knowing I did not screw up the application or omit some critical information. Very satisfied with this company. I have saved their information and will definitely use and recommend them in the future.
