Fantastic service, they were able to answer all my questions and connection with them put my anxiety at ease. The process at the at BLS VISA was nice and simple. My documents were checked beforehand and a representative queued up for me - I was waiting less than an hour. Only slightly negative feedback was in regards to communication: Because of the slight language barrier between myself and the staff, things got a little frustrating for both parties (over the phone).
