We were guided thru a challenging experience by Visa HQ New York's kind expert Lilia Kenzhebayeva. We needed a Visa for last minute trip to China and the Consulate rejected my application because my dog chewed the small edge of the outside corner of my passport! With 3 days to departure Lilia went out of her way to guide us thru this process and even met us in mid
town Manhatten with the Visa ( it was a Saturday, her day off!!) as we were en route
