VisaHQ was very quick in processing documents and getting in contact with customers. I got my passport back (with visa) after one week, which was very impressive. The chat box was also fairly responsive. I suggest you have clearer information on how to apply and how the application gets reviewed after it's received by your office. But other than that, great service!
