Dear all,
I am very surprised to read all the good reviews. I cannot believe it at all.
I am waiting for any feedback for more than 1 week now on my visa application which I did along with downloading all requested documents and having paid the service in advance.
Even the helpdesk chat, I engaged two times, were unsatisfied and with very delayed responses. Fact: until now, no feedback on the process of my visa request.
That is not even 1 star worth, but minus 5 stars.
