VisaHQ provided the best customer service that I have received in a very long time. Having never been out of the country, I was expecting a lot of time and effort needed to help me make the trip of a lifetime come true. Even when more documentation was needed, VisaHQ was available by phone and email to walk me through the steps. I would highly recommend them. It was well worth the asking price.
