Excellent service .. I was so gratified that I had a personal contact (Vlenia) with personalised email, which together with some general VisaHQ emails means I was guided all the way - and everything worked exactly as I was told. For the biometrics I was told who/ where to meet and I got a punctual/ personal service. The only small thing is that after I posted my passport there was a 2 week gap until my biometrics appointment. I was of course anxious to know that the passport had arrived safely, but I got no reply from either email, or from messages I left in the phone answer machine. That made it a nervous 2 weeks until I got to the appointment.
