The responsible staff (PIC) are proactive and could well respond to questions. I have no comparable experience (e.g. through other agents for the same Destination), but I had experience with an agent that almost charges any single thing/ service (including deposit box for laptops) that was not proactive--we paid the email notification service, but agent didn't promptly notify costumers when visa application has been received at the agent.
