Total dissatisfaction. Visas for Faroes, Iceland and R of Ireland not supplied. You stated could not obtain for Faroes but not correct. Appointment at VFS made 2 weeks before journey when takes 3 weeks to obtain visas. None of visas arrived in time. My wife Yanning WEI could not travel as a result. HOLIDAY.RUINED. I am sending letter requesting refund of fees paid.
